- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback and sales data.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and sales data.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
