Shipping Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Atlantic Roll Forming Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and between departments.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Task Organization: Prioritize and organize tasks to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring seamless operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of warehouse and work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the supply chain.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
