Job Title: Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

Bayshore Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, focusing on maintaining their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mobility and develop personalized home exercise programs.
  • Supervise Rehabilitation Assistants and provide guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Document client progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Physiotherapy.
  • Current registration and good standing with the applicable provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • Prior experience with in-home assessments and treatments is an asset.
