**Pension Plan - **All full-time employees have the opportunity to participate in a group pension plan after two consecutive years of employment, employees contribute 5% of their gross earnings per pay which is matched by the Y. - Work within our YMCA Recruitment Best Practices to create Interview Guides and processes that provide a consistent and objective recruitment process
- Collaborate with a dynamic EarlyON leadership team supporting with their hiring needs.
- Build community connections to increase our talent pool by researching and contacting community services, colleges, universities, social media and internet sites, making presentations, providing association information, participating in job fairs etc.
- Organization and project management of the recruitment process and tracking within EarlyON
- Collaborate with the EarlyON leadership team to support a consistent quality onboarding experience for EarlyON professionals at all locations
- Organize, plan and facilitate onboarding training across EarlyON locations for all new employees and on request for current employees
- Alongside of the EarlyON Leadership team, support in the onboarding of student placements within the EarlyON system from placement request, to onboarding, to monitoring experiences of EarlyON professionals supporting students, and the students themselves with the intent of recruiting students into employment opportunities
- Other duties and/or responsibilities may be added or changed as this new position evolves.
