Job Title: Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Persepolis Persian Restaurant ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and menu items.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
