Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Edo Japan Ft. Richmond. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent employment with 32 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced food service establishment requires a team player who can work well under pressure. Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role.
