Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient operations.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
