Hotel General Manager Job Description

**Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Urgo Hotels Canada ULC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding guest service and exceed customer expectations
* Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and develop new revenue streams
* Manage hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results
