About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Operations Director to join our team at OSCO Group Services Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our fleet maintenance departments, including effective training and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize fleet maintenance and management processes
  • Lead the procurement and disposal of fleet assets, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Implement and maintain preventative maintenance plans to increase equipment availability
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal fleet performance
  • Investigate and resolve equipment downtime issues and warranty claims
  • Develop and manage quarterly and annual key performance indicators (KPIs) for fleet operations
  • Collaborate with business leadership to drive fleet optimization and cost savings initiatives
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of operational experience in managing light fleet and heavy equipment
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team
  • Proven experience in fleet optimization and management
  • Knowledge of fleet industry best practices
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt style to engage and inspire others
