Job Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing and completing jobs according to PuroClean processes, responding to service calls, setting up and establishing efficient job flow, coordinating requirements for the job, completing job documentation, performing and supervising production work, and monitoring assigned jobs from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Represent the brand and manage customer satisfaction to ensure a high level of service.
  • Production Processes: Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes, including managing customer expectations and ensuring timely completion of jobs.
  • Team Development: Continuously develop production skills and expertise, as well as coach and train production staff technicians.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial assets and equipment, and ensure that production costs are maintained at the established rate.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee facility maintenance, including preventative maintenance on vehicles, equipment, and the facility itself.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 10 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
  • Industry Experience: 5 years of experience in the restoration industry, with a strong understanding of production processes and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year.
  • Bonus Pay: Eligible for bonus pay based on performance.
  • Commission Pay: Eligible for commission pay based on sales performance.
