Shape and Execute Go-To-Market Strategy for a Leading Fintech Company

As a Senior Director of GTM Sales Operations at Tipalti, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales success. Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations and collaborating closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be responsible for identifying optimization opportunities, managing projects, and ensuring the execution of key priorities across the organization.

Your Impact:

  • Support competitive strategy development, industry/vertical strategy implementation, sales process improvement initiatives, and global geographical expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive market insights, inform key market changes, and contribute to annual planning to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Define and execute strategic solutions to enhance our GTM divisions, develop metrics for business performance analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Lead AI initiatives, refine sales productivity models, and spearhead competitive intelligence efforts.

Your Expertise:

To excel in this role, you'll bring 12+ years of experience in sales and go-to-market operations. You possess strong project management skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Your ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and build strong relationships with internal and external partners will be crucial to your success.
