Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Director to join our gTech Strategy and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives for Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

You will be responsible for identifying and structuring business problems, effectively communicating core issues, driving the execution of multiple initiatives simultaneously, and launching and landing organizational change management plans for mid- to long-term initiatives.

We are looking for a collaborative, data-driven, analytical problem solver who is able to effectively lead and manage multiple work streams, projects, and stakeholders across time zones on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives for Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS).
  • Identify and structure business problems and effectively communicate core issues.
  • Drive the execution of multiple initiatives simultaneously, preempt and resolve potential issues and concerns.
  • Launch and land organizational change management plans for mid- to long-term initiatives.
  • Gather data and conduct analyses supporting in-going hypotheses and generate actionable insights.
About the Role

This role will be a key contributor to the gTech Strategy and Operations team, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business to drive success and transformative changes for gTech.

You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, develop business strategies, and manage cross-functional initiatives, all while leveraging data and analytics to deliver insights and recommendations for business direction and priorities.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who is able to simplify complex problems, advocate and challenge stakeholders, and collaborate with others to drive business outcomes.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Strong background in analytical or go-to-market roles in fields like management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, and strategy and operations roles.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
