Retail Sales Manager

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity, informing sales strategies and product offerings.
- Product Selection: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
As a Retail Sales Manager at Ontario Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. You must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
