Human Resources Business Partner

At SIMPLEX HR INC., we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs. This includes advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements. The HR Coordinator will also mediate labour disputes and grievances, research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales, and administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, manage training and development strategies, and research employee benefits and health and safety practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources. The work environment is fast-paced, and the work term is permanent. The work language is English, and the hours are 32 per week.
