About the Role

Fruiticana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve our sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
    • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to develop and implement financial plans to drive business growth.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive growth.
    • Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
