Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Medusa Shisha Bar and Lounge. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events; open and distribute mail and other materials; record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines; schedule and confirm appointments; answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information; order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service; greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
