Client Service & Onboarding
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for a designated portfolio of clients regarding operational issues, ensuring a streamlined incident management process and timely escalation of concerns.
- Deliver client assistance and diligently follow up on inquiries or challenges until they are resolved, keeping clients informed of progress, especially when extensive analysis is required.
- Guarantee adherence to Service Level Agreements while enhancing the quality framework to achieve both quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Promote ongoing enhancements in processes and practices, evaluating and selecting improvement initiatives that yield long-term benefits and reduce operational risks.
- Participate in operational improvement projects, reviewing specifications and drafting terms of reference for upcoming products and initiatives, assisting clients with development and testing, and conducting conformance tests alongside clients.
Candidate Profile
- Robust financial expertise and a solid understanding of the diverse activities within Euronext's direct and indirect client base.
- Previous experience in Client Services is essential.
- Commitment to high standards of client service delivery and the ability to foster strong relationships.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills coupled with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Experience in project management with the capability to oversee progress.
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction both internally and externally.
