Position Overview

F & J Woodworking Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new administrative strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Assign tasks to office support personnel to ensure workflow is maintained.
  • Set work priorities and ensure compliance with established procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage policies related to the handling of records in accordance with government regulations on access to information and privacy.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Provide training and support to staff members.
  • Monitor performance and evaluate outcomes.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Plan and manage budgetary allocations and expenditures.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
  • Position type: Permanent.
  • Working language: English.
  • Weekly hours: 32 to 37.5 hours.
