We are currently seeking a skilled Healthcare Project Manager to join our team and work with our clients on upcoming opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage healthcare projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement project evaluation and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in project management in a healthcare vertical.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
  • Experience delivering high-risk, process-oriented IT projects and vendor contract management.
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT software implementations.
  • Experience in organizational change management.
  • Understanding of IT security.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in a large organization.
  • A successful track record of project delivery.
  • Minimum direct report team size of three (3).
