Job Opportunity

ARC Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our team for upcoming opportunities with our clients. The successful candidate will possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project management in a busy, multifaceted environment in a healthcare vertical (data analytics or information technology setting is an asset).
  • Deliver high-risk, process-oriented IT projects and vendor contract management.
  • Manage large-scale IT software implementations.
  • Implement organizational change management.
  • Ensure IT security.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the client organization.
  • Manage projects spanning the full systems development life cycle.
  • Develop and operate project control processes, including schedule management, issue management, risk management, status reporting, change control, budget/effort management.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
  • Experience working in a healthcare and/or research environment is an asset.
  • Minimum direct report team size of three (3) not including PM position.
