Healthcare Project Manager Job Description

ARC Business Solutions Inc. is a customer-centric information technology solution provider with a proven track record of delivering strategic, creative, and technical business solutions. Our service delivery focuses on four main technology solution verticals: Systems Delivery, Enterprise Information Management, Training, and Managed Services, with industry expertise in Energy, Utilities, Government, Financial Services, and the Public Sector.

We are currently seeking experienced individuals to fill the role of Healthcare Project Manager for upcoming opportunities with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project management in a busy, multifaceted environment with a focus on healthcare verticals (data analytics or information technology settings are an asset).
  • Deliver high-risk, process-oriented IT projects and vendor contract management.
  • Manage large-scale IT software implementations.
  • Develop and implement organizational change management strategies.
  • Ensure IT security and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the client organization.
  • Lead projects spanning the full systems development life cycle.
  • Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills in a large organization.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and vendor contract management.
  • Experience in organizational change management and IT security.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the client organization.
  • Experience with projects spanning the full systems development life cycle.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
