Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at 1390357 BC Ltd. as a key member of our sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. They will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines to achieve sales targets.
