Claims Adjuster Trainee Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Claims Adjuster Trainees. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills necessary to become a successful claims adjuster.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and assess insurance claims;
  • Gather information from claimants, witnesses, and other parties involved;
  • Evaluate the validity of claims and determine coverage;
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants;
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to claims;

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity or previous insurance claims experience is a definite asset;
  • Demonstrated ability to execute high attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to manage changing priorities and organizational skills;
  • Demonstrated behaviors showing initiative and follow-up skills;
  • Demonstrated professionalism and work ethic;
  • Proven ability to contribute to and work well with a team environment;
  • Good computer skills (MS-Office, Outlook, Word, Excel) are required;
  • Valid Driver's license
