ClaimsPro is a national Independent Adjusting firm dedicated to providing exceptional claims services for insurers and self-insured entities.

As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will report to a Branch Manager and focus on developing essential skills for investigating, adjusting, and examining multi-line claims at a junior level. This role involves structured training in a technology-driven, paperless environment, ensuring you acquire the necessary competencies for a successful career in claims.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic team, delivering quality service to both internal and external clients. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing knowledgeable, detailed, and timely assistance are essential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the investigation and handling of claims.
  • Review coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate coverage is in place.
  • Adhere to guidelines and instructions.
  • Prepare necessary documents and mandatory forms.
  • Manage a caseload of claims in compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Oversee reserves, payments, and financial aspects.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in construction or building is advantageous.
  • Ability to obtain an adjuster's license.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in previous roles.
  • Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and exhibit strong organizational skills.
  • Exhibit initiative and follow-up capabilities.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to contribute positively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in various computer applications with a willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver's license required.
