Starcom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Planner to join our team. As a performance-media leader, you will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven strategies and meaningful human insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital performance marketing ecosystem, with 2-3 years of experience planning online and offline channels with emphasis on digital and performance media.

Key responsibilities include client relationship management, project tracking and organization, day-to-day oversight on campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance daily.

You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing marketing, industry, and geographic landscape research to determine how best to respond to the client's advertising and media needs.

Additionally, you will oversee budget allocations across media, presenting plans to the client, and guiding planners on development and creation of strategy and decks.

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as demonstrated experience in negotiation and critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also required.
