Job Title: Service Team Member - Store

Michaels est à la recherche d'un Service Team Member - Store pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique

Responsabilités
  • Aider les clients à trouver ce qu'ils recherchent et à faire leurs achats de manière efficace.
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle amical et courtois aux caisses.
  • Participer aux processus de déchargement des camions, de remplissage des présentoirs et de planogramme.
  • Responsable du rangement de la marchandise et de l'entretien du magasin.
  • Effectuer les tâches d'optimisation des stocks en magasin (OSEM) et les montages pour les soldes hebdomadaires.
  • Soutenir les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité.
  • Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse.
Compétences et connaissances
  • Expérience de vente au détail ou de service à la clientèle.
  • Habileté à rester debout pendant de longues périodes.
  • Habileté à se déplacer dans le magasin.
  • Se courber, soulever, transporter, atteindre et s'étirer fréquemment.
  • Soulever des boîtes lourdes et accéder à des étagères élevées à l'aide d'une échelle ou d'un équipement similaire.
Environnement de travail

Environnement de magasin de détail public à prendre soin des clients; toutes les aires publiques sont climatisées; quelques entrepôts peuvent ne pas être climatisés; il se peut que du travail à l'extérieur vous soit assigné (recueillir les paniers de magasinage ou pendant le déchargement des camions); l'atelier d'encadrement comporte une machine de coupe du verre et une presse à chaud.
