Job Title: Marketing Strategy Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Director to join our team at Manulife Insurance Malaysia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the planning process for marketing initiatives and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
  • Lead Marketing Planning Process: Lead the marketing planning process, including developing marketing plans, setting marketing budgets, and tracking marketing performance.
  • Manage Marketing Budget: Manage the marketing budget, including allocating resources, tracking expenses, and ensuring effective use of marketing dollars.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and Report Marketing Performance: Monitor and report marketing performance, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to inform marketing decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Marketing Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets, including allocating resources and tracking expenses.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Marketing Analytics: Experience in analyzing marketing data and providing insights to inform marketing decisions.
