Manulife Insurance Malaysia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations to join our team. As a critical leader and team member for Canada Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the planning process for Marketing, working closely with the CMO and the Canada Marketing leadership team to develop the Marketing Plan for Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the Marketing Plan for Canada, aligning with Global Marketing and driving alignment across Canada businesses and functions.
  2. Monitor and report on the execution of the marketing plan, tracking Marketing's scorecard and identifying areas for improvement.
  3. Manage the Book of Work for Marketing, prioritizing and tracking progress against delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy and operations.
  • Experience in formulating strategy, with a strong understanding of key principles of strategy development.
  • Strong investigative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to perform critical analysis with limited oversight.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a variety of stakeholders, using sound, independent judgment, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to interact/influence outside functional boundaries to achieve common goals.

Salary Range: $103,050.00 CAD - $185,490.00 CAD
