About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Anejo Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Assist with inventory management and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
