Responsibilities:

* Coordinate financial operations and budget activities
* Evaluate daily operations
* Plan and control budget and expenditures
* Plan and organize daily operations
* Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
* Train staff
* Establish and implement policies and procedures
* Monitor financial control systems
* Manage contracts
* Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
* Oversee the preparation of reports
* Advise senior management
* Leading/instructing groups
* Provide customer service
* Variance analysis
* Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
* Market business services
* Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
* Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of establishments
* Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
* Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
* Represent the company within various economic and social organizations
* Monitor and evaluate
* Provide expertise in response to clients needs
* Plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to business
* Direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services
* Develop action plans
* Coordinate projects and programs
* Assign projects
