Job Summary

Optima Accounting & Business Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve organizational goals
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Financial Operations
    • Coordinate the preparation of financial reports and statements
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry and processing
  • Financial Control
    • Implement and maintain financial control systems to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
    • Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify and prevent errors or irregularities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals to achieve organizational goals
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Certifications
    • CPA or CA designation
  • Computer Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting software
