Job Title: Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Optima Accounting & Business Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Train staff on financial procedures and policies
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Monitor financial control systems
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management on financial matters
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
