We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Broadstreet Properties Ltd. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting human resources activities, events, and programs that promote productivity, talent retention, and company success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to implement integrated people strategies that ensure a sustainable high-performing workforce.
- Develop and manage recognition programs that celebrate our commitment to quality and service.
- Organize and champion employee appreciation events, initiatives, and campaigns that foster a positive work environment.
- Build relationships with employees to understand their needs and recommend new approaches to generate employee engagement, culture, and morale.
- Develop innovative systems and processes that are easily scalable and will benefit the growth trajectory of the company.
- Work with colleagues to learn and promote various HR portfolios.

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Marketing, or equivalent.

- Self-motivated, focused, and detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals.
