Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate capital projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation
  • Prepare and disseminate project documentation, including RACI charts and communication plans
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with the Capital Projects team to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a project coordination or management role
