About the Role

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage with existing and prospective customers to provide outstanding support and customer experience.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders and manage sales support, including handling customer complaints and sample processes.
  • Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, problems, and delivery schedules requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to complete daily transactions and support the sales team.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of business experience, with 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal French language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
