Job Title: Bilingual Direct Investing Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our Direct Investing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed advice to clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
