We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in both English and French.
Job Summary:This is a temporary to permanent, hybrid opportunity with a well-known printing company in the Mississauga area. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all updates and information are accurately inputted into SAP, and monitoring tickets to ensure all customers are left satisfied.
Responsibilities:- Answer all inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all updates and information are accurately inputted into SAP
- Monitor tickets to ensure all customers are left satisfied
- Review customer accounts to ensure you are providing the best service possible
- Deal with all calls on a First Contact Resolution, if needed, passing along to the triage team
- Customer Service and/or call center experience is a must
- Bilingualism in English and French
- SAP experience is an asset
- Strong typing
- Excel skills
- Team player, motivated, outgoing personality
- Full-time hours
