We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in both English and French.

Job Summary:

This is a temporary to permanent, hybrid opportunity with a well-known printing company in the Mississauga area. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all updates and information are accurately inputted into SAP, and monitoring tickets to ensure all customers are left satisfied.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer all inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all updates and information are accurately inputted into SAP
  • Monitor tickets to ensure all customers are left satisfied
  • Review customer accounts to ensure you are providing the best service possible
  • Deal with all calls on a First Contact Resolution, if needed, passing along to the triage team
Requirements:
  • Customer Service and/or call center experience is a must
  • Bilingualism in English and French
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Strong typing
  • Excel skills
  • Team player, motivated, outgoing personality
