Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at BlueSky Personnel Solutions.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Taking orders and suggesting products
  • Tracking the status of orders and delivery timelines
  • Ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner
  • Staying up-to-date on company products
  • Supporting the sales team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent bilingual skills in French and English (written and verbal)
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • Previous order management experience
  • Post-secondary education
  • The ability to work under pressure
