Job Title: Bilingual Direct Investing Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our Direct Investing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and services
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset
