Machine Tool Specialist

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a relevant field is necessary.

Work Environment: Focused on general manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Perform repairs and adjustments on machine tools and components.
  • Assemble and fit machine parts with high precision.
  • Calibrate and maintain measuring instruments for accuracy.
  • Document any deviations from established specifications.
  • Operate both conventional and CNC machinery.
  • Ensure product dimensions are verified using precise measuring tools.
Tools and Equipment Utilized
  • Micrometers
  • Calipers
  • Milling machines
Job Requirements
  • Ability to handle weights up to 23 kg.
  • Possession of steel-toed safety footwear is mandatory.
