About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Sympro CNC Machining & mfg. Inc. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machine tools and equipment to produce high-quality precision parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Machine Tools: Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision parts.
  • Read and Interpret Drawings: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
  • Repair and Maintain Equipment: Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.
  • Document and Report: Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances to ensure quality control.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
