**Executive Director of Senior Living Operations**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Senior Living Operations to lead our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our senior living residences, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve resident satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of senior living operations managers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Ensure that our residences are fully compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to resident care and safety
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure that our operations are financially sustainable
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our residents, their families, and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes and improvements as needed to ensure that our operations remain competitive and effective
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living operations, hospitality, or a related field
- Proven track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
