We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Executive Director of Senior Living Operations at Sienna Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our senior living communities.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Build and lead a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement effective operational plans, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement in all aspects of senior living operations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business growth, and enhancing the overall resident experience.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community leaders, and local businesses, to promote our services and enhance our reputation.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance metrics, monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators to drive business results and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, hospitality, or a related sector, with a proven track record of operational excellence and team management.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
