We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Executive Director of our Aspira Riverbend Crossing Memory Care community. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence in senior living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve occupancy rates, and enhance the overall resident experience.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring seamless execution of programs, services, and activities that meet the needs of our residents.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers, sales consultants, and front-line staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our community and enhance our reputation.
- Financial Management: Manage the community's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability while maintaining high-quality services and amenities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Skills: Proven track record of success in team management, operational excellence, and business development; excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
