We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to be part of our CPD team. This role is integral to our manufacturing operations and involves working on the Afternoon B Shift.

Position Overview:

In this manufacturing role, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating and supplying various production machinery
  • Assisting with routine equipment maintenance and changeovers
  • Performing sanitation procedures
  • Aiding in the generation and tracking of production statistics
  • Upholding quality standards through regular quality checks
  • Troubleshooting packaging equipment components
  • Adhering to safety protocols and following established policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • OSSD diploma or equivalent, with successful completion of basic qualification testing
  • Capability to perform physical tasks safely, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs repetitively
  • Willingness to work overtime in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete paperwork and data entry
  • Relevant mechanical experience, particularly with automatic and semi-automatic filling and packaging equipment, as well as familiarity with SAP, is advantageous
