About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Account Executive to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing daily contact with specific accounts, working proactively to drive revenue, margins, and market share through strategic client-specific business plans.

This role requires strong teamwork and leadership skills to ensure a positive customer experience and handle complex issues with minimal supervision, leveraging support from various departments and TD SYNNEX leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel up to 25% for top customer events and strategic meetings to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

  • Manage territory P&L, making decisions to enhance profitability and drive revenue growth.

  • Quote and negotiate prices directly with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Engage in face-to-face interactions with customers and vendor partners to build trust and drive business results.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge and strong relationships with all levels within assigned accounts, including executives, to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Present TD SYNNEX solutions proactively to customers to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Identify and resolve moderate issues, including escalations from Inside Account Representatives, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Develop and document sales account procedures, delegating repetitive tasks to internal support teams to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Drive revenue and profitability growth in the assigned territory through strategic planning and execution.

  • Expand strategic accounts and projects within the business segment or region to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Generate opportunities through outbound calls to assigned and potential new customers to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Present the TD SYNNEX story and offerings to assigned and new customers to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Collaborate on RFPs, proposals, QBRs, and strategic presentations to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Manage moderate-level projects, particularly during new customer onboarding, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development.

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.

  • Ability to travel for events and customer meetings.

  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and drive business results.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Able to deliver an excellent customer experience and meet monthly performance metrics.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and drive business results.

  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Advanced computer skills (spreadsheets, word processors, databases) to manage data and drive business insights.
