About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to join our team at Dentalcorp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our dental practices in the Maritimes region, ensuring exceptional patient care and business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of practice managers and dental professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and business results.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with our senior leadership team to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Patient Experience
    • Ensure that all patients receive exceptional care and service, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
    • Develop and implement programs to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
    • Work closely with our dental professionals to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Operational and Financial Planning
    • Develop and implement operational and financial plans to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Collaborate with our finance team to ensure that our practices are financially stable and profitable.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Compliance and Patient Safety
    • Ensure that all practices are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Develop and implement programs to ensure patient safety and well-being.
    • Collaborate with our compliance team to ensure that all practices are meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Management and Administration
    • Ensure that all practices are managed and administered effectively, meeting or exceeding business results.
    • Develop and implement programs to improve staff engagement, retention, and productivity.
    • Collaborate with our HR team to ensure that all practices are meeting HR requirements.
Requirements
  • University or college diploma in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in dental practice management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and senior leadership.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with occasional overnight stays.
