About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Bragg Creek Community Association. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our community programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with our community members, stakeholders, and partners.

Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs

Evaluate the effectiveness of our communication strategies and programs, and make recommendations for improvement.

Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material

Oversee the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, and website content.

Prepare Written Material

Prepare written material, such as reports, briefs, and website content, to promote our community programs and services.

Perform Administrative Tasks

Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Act as Spokesperson

Act as a spokesperson for the organization, responding to inquiries and providing information to the public.

Develop Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our community programs and services.

Consult with Clients

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met.

Prepare Sales and Rental Contracts

Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts for community programs and services.

Requirements
  • No Supervision Responsibility
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MailChimp.

Area of Work Experience

Experience working in a community service organization.

Area of Specialization

Specialization in communications and brand management.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
