About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Bragg Creek Community Association. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our community programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies
    • Design and implement effective communication plans to engage with our community members and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material
    • Develop and edit written content for our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Prepare Written Material such as Reports, Briefs, Website Content
    • Research and write reports, briefs, and other written materials to support our marketing efforts.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Act as Spokesperson for an Organization
    • Represent our organization in a professional and positive manner, responding to inquiries and providing information to the public.
  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries
    • Respond to written and oral inquiries from the public, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our community programs and services.
  • Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support
    • Provide ongoing support to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Prepare Sales, Rental or Leasing Contracts
    • Prepare and review sales, rental, or leasing contracts, ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
    Requirements
    • No Supervision Responsibility
      • This is an individual contributor role with no supervision responsibility.
    • Computer and Technology Knowledge
      • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
    • Area of Work Experience
      • Experience working in a community service organization or a similar field.

      • Specialization in communications, brand management, or a related field.

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
