About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Bragg Creek Community Association. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our community programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies

Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our community programs and services to the public.

Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs

Evaluate the effectiveness of our communication strategies and programs, and make recommendations for improvement.

Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material

Oversee the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, and website content.

Prepare Written Material

Prepare written material, including reports, briefs, and website content, to promote our community programs and services.

Perform Administrative Tasks

Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.

Act as Spokesperson for the Organization

Act as a spokesperson for the organization, responding to inquiries and providing information to the public.

Develop Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our community programs and services.

Consult with Clients

Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met.

Prepare Sales, Rental, or Leasing Contracts

Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts, as required.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MailChimp.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week. The work environment is hybrid, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
